The President of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) Mr. Jide Orimolade, paid a courtesy visit to the Chairman of the Nigerian Insurers Association (NIA), Mrs. Ebelechukwu. B. Nwachukwu, on Monday, Oct. 5, 2026, at the Insurers House in Lagos, as part of ongoing efforts to deepen collaboration and strengthen the relationship between both institutions.
The engagement provided an opportunity for the leadership of CIIN and NIA to explore strategic areas of partnership and greater institutional cooperation, with a shared commitment to advancing the growth, professionalism and overall development of Nigeria’s insurance industry.
The CIIN President, Mr. Orimolade, was accompanied by members of the CIIN Council, including Mrs. Adetutu Arusiuka, Deputy President, CIIN; Mr. Edwin Igbiti, Past President, CIIN; Mr. F.K. Lawal, Past President, CIIN; and Mr. Gbenga Olawoyin, Council Member, CIIN.
The NIA Chairman, Mrs. Nwachukwu received the CIIN delegation alongside; the Director-General/CEO of NIA, Mrs. Bola Odukale; Mr. Kunle Ahmed, Immediate Past Chairman, NIA; Mr. Olajolo Olamide, Honourable Assistant Treasurer, NIA; Mr. Steven Alangbo, Mr. Tunde Mimiko, and Mr. Samuel Ogbodu, all members of the NIA Governing Council; Mr. Soji Oni, Controller, Technical 1, NIA; and Mrs. Joke Adeyemi, Head, Corporate Communications/Brand Management, NIA.
